ul to SPARKLE! We're both mums, we have jobs and kids and husbands to look after each and every day and you know what? Sometimes that is really hard work and sometimes those important things get on top of us and stress us out. BUT over time we have tried so many different ways to sort our stress out and we want to share those Ideas with you. None of our tools, strategies, techniques, products or ideas have been tested in a lab by mice, or any other animal for that matter, we can't give you statistics on the number of people who each one did or didn't work for. We share this information from our own personal experiences. We share with you the stuff that helped us, the stuff that works for us and that we like to use each and every day, for ourselves, for our kids and sometimes, when we can sneak them in, for our husbands. We share these ides with you so that you can sort your own stress out and make your soul sparkle, coz lets face it …. everyone wants a sparkly soul! As mums, and women in general, we often put a LOT of pressure on ourselves to be able to do EVERYTHING and be EVERYTHING to EVERYONE and that often leaves nothing in the tank or on the clock for ourselves and it dulls our sparkle. We often feel like we aren't good enough or doing a good enough job. Well we are here to say STOP, you are enough and you are AWESOME AND we give you permission to take some time out each and every day and do something for yourself AND get that soul sparkling again.
