🟢 We’ve been privileged to support so many in our community who’ve been struggling, to experience improved coping, wellbeing & mental health.

💚 Next moment - 6/5/23 Inaugural Mental Health Round with Nangwarry in partnership with Kalangadoo. This match saw the creation of an annual partnership match, swapping between both clubs, highlighting ongoing conversations & the importance of connection to family, friends & community 💚

💚First moment from 17/2/23 - Switch the headspace Charity Football Match for Mental Health - an event we are all so proud to have been involved in organising!

💚💚 I already know of community members seeking support for their mental health as a direct result of this event, which we are of course stoked about & will likely save lives, doesn’t get much better than that 💚💚

❄️ Winter can be tough on people’s mental health, so today a couple of posts will follow reminding us of recent community feel good, awareness raising moments that myself and other Nangwarry, along with other various League club members have driven, developed & supported within the first six months of 2023, supporting community mental health.

I’ve been a tad busy, with no time to post these moments to this page, so, recording them now as they’re super important, to keep conversations going. Remember to check in on your mates, especially when it’s cold outside 🫶
