Once again, Brisbane is in a 3 day lockdown. Our kitchens will remain open as we are providing an essential service to small businesses. We also have a Covid safe plan and our premises are both large enough for social distancing. When coming in to use the kitchens, please wear a face mask as directed by Queensland Health. I hope you all stay safe and well.

We are a large commercial kitchen hire business that hires our kitchens out to start up food businesses and training organisations.We have two locations at Mansfield both within
walking distance of each other. We have a strong emphasis on ensuring that our customershave a clean environment in which to produce their food while also maintaining our equipment to a high standard

This is a newly created position and will initially involve approximately 20 hours per week

Tuesday to Saturday. Hours maybe flexible but we anticipate 5am to 9am each day.

Duties will include:

Monitoring the cleanliness standards of both kitchens and performing some regular

cleaning duties

Restocking disposable items

Checking and ordering stock levels as required

Monitoring and reporting on maintenance standards of all equipment

Maintaining stock levels of equipment and utensils

Other responsibilities maybe added as this new position develops.

We are looking for a self motivated individual who has the ability to work unsupervised and has a high attention to detail. Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment will be highly regarded. Good communication skills are essential.
