After 8 years of operating my little home yoga studio I am taking a step back and shifting direction. Yoga is and will always be a huge part of who I am and how I live. It has been an amazing and rewarding journey, I have loved holding space and serving my little yoga community throughout the years and I do hope to circle back to it again in the near future.
This year has seen changes in both my professional and personal life. Earlier this year I embarked on full time degree study in naturopathy a big undertaking being a full time student again after many years! I have learnt so much already and it feels good to be expanding. However not without its challenges!
I recently lost my dearest friend Nessy who always reminded me through her optimistic, sunny and bright outlook on life to seize the day and live every moment fully; to keep going and never give up, even when life feels impossible.
I miss her dearly everyday.
As a tribute to my beautiful friend we recently purchased a gorgeous 60’s retro caravan aptly named
“Van-ess” after Nessy. ❤️
Looking forward to putting our stamp on this little passion project and seeing where the wind takes us. She represents change, movement, adventure and freedom. All the things that are a reminder that life is constantly moving, changing directions, and opening us up to unknown possibilities.
In this year 9 one of endings, i am super excited for what this new chapter brings.
(As Nessy would say keep on dancing and don’t give up! )
Let’s hope it’s marvelous!🌞❤️
