Our spines are designed to move - forwards, backwards, sideways and everything in between. Bending is a natural part of daily life (like picking things off the floor), so it makes sense to build strength in this position rather than avoid it.

✅ Choose 1-2 exercises per class to weight-bear on your hands.
✅ When discomfort sets in, switch to your elbows.

What began as a small practice in a room at home in Wantirna South—with just a massage table, Sorbelene, and a few towels. Unexpectedly grew into a full-time home business. After five years, it was time to take the next step and move into a professional space. KX Pilates Glen Waverley, where many of my patients came from, was the perfect choice. This transition allowed me to combine my passion for Osteopathy and Pilates, and focus on my main goal: educating and guiding patients toward a more active and healthy lifestyle. I’m truly grateful to all my patients for their continued support throughout this journey, and a special thanks to Ange for making this dream a reality 🙏🏽🙏🏽
