Hahnemann a medical doctor at that time discovered homeopathy in 1796 as he was fed up of the harsh practices to treat humans. He found this gentle , safe and effective method to help and get rid of diseases.
On his birth anniversary we celebrate World Homeopathy Day.

Homeopathy was very popular in the 19th century all over the world.There were  hospitals in America and England  till analgesics like acteaminophen(paracetamol) was discovered and used on humans, which led to hospitals closing down in early 1920's.

I feel proud that India still has Homeopathic hospitals alongside Ayurvedic hospitals.People are using this method to getting healthier without the use of harsh chemicals on a regular basis.

My Suryanamaskar journey continues....

Wanted to share my experience of 30 days suryanamaskar challenge with myself! I got my guidance from yogaguru Pereira (who is my school friend and she corrected my postures). There were few setbacks - wrist pain and shoulder pain, but I managed to do it everyday! Sharing a video of my version of Sunsalutations.
