Inspired by the compassionate healing ministry of Jesus Crist and the mission of the Catholic Church to promote dignity and justice for all people of God, Villa Siena is a values-driven residential and skilled nursing care facility whose administration, employees, and collaborators strive to advance the Mission through ideas, influences, and actions. Villa Siena advocates for a humane and just society, with special concerns for those persons who are seniors, poor and vulnerable. We developed an endowment fund sufficient to provide assistance to any economically disadvantage senior. We emphasize a culture that embraces learning, diversity, collaboration, and the well-being of our associates. Our professionally trained staff members have instituted programs, including a comprehensive activity program, designed to appeal to the interest and abilities of our residents. Healthy social interactions are always encouraged. Our licensed healthcare providers ensure that each person's medical needs are met. During their time at Villa Siena, over one-half of our residents will run out of personal financial assets, often leaving them with nothing more than their government benefits. Villa Siena and the Daughters of Charity are committed to fulfilling the promise made to our residents that they will not be asked to leave Villa Siena due to the lack of financial resources. Funds raised through our annual " Delivering the Promise Campaign" enable the Villa Siena Foundation to deliver the promise to each Villa Siena resident that they will be taken care of regardless of their ability to pay for their care. Because of the financial assistance we provide, our residents take comfort in knowing they will not need to leave the warmth and security of the place they now call home.
