Are you up for a challenge ?
Last year I started 75 hard in January.
I did it to pull me out of a funk with training and to really push my self to a no bu****it attitude.
75 hard opened so many doors for me and completely flipped my training.
It led me to taking on 3 half marathons. Which I don’t think I would have otherwise.
The rules
It’s simple.
- follow a diet plan/ structure for eating. I follow MIND DIET
- 2 45 minute workouts. 1 indoor 1 outdoor
- read 20 pages of a self Development book
- take a progress picture.
- drink a gallon of water a day
Every day. No excuses.
I am taking on phase 1.

The reason I love being a pt so much is for the moments where you step foot in the gym for the first time ever with me.
The gym is for you
It’s for you friend
It’s for your family
The gym is a place where you can show up for you and spend some quality time moving your body whether it’s quite alone time to focus on your body and how it moves or whether it’s having a laugh with a friend while moving your body.
My goal as a pt is to make the gym a place where everyone can feel a sense of belonging and confidence.
Moving your body is for every body.

A short planned period of recovery and rest after a big block of training and/ or comp.

Maintaining or increasing training volume post event has left me with injuries in the past and I have learnt to fall in love with deload weeks for physical and mental recovery and rest.

The purpose of a deload week is to allow your body to recover fully and to help prevent overtraining. Taking it easy helps your muscles and joints recover and get stronger while giving your body and mind some time to relax

Deload weeks can also provide psychological benefits by giving you a break from the grind of training and allowing you to come back refreshed and motivated.

It can be so hard to write your own sessions or find time for personal training.
This way you can walk into a gym and have the program written for you to achieve your goals.
The program is done in your own time meaning you do not need to work around a trainer’s schedule. Winning!
