GUESS WHAT? Its Tempo Tuesday 🎤💃🏽🕺🏿

Come along every Tuesday from 10am for morning tea and a chat with fellow participants.
10:30am head in for some stretches and chats about what you have been up to.
11:15am singing, dancing and playing musical instruments.

Such a fun group, full of talent, friendships and loads of fun.

Tempo Troupe meets on Tuesdays for connection, growth and fun.
Our participants bring diversity and loads of talent.
We begin the sessions with streches and encourage sharing of our experiences devolping listening and speech. Then we jam, dance and sing, practising instruments of choice and singing a song or two.
Everyone gets involved and its a great atmosphere.
