Dive into the world of joint mobility, fascial stretching, body activations, and recovery rituals to help you avoid injuries and increase your ability to engage in the sports you love for longer.
Injuries are often the limiting factor when it comes to learning or improving the sports you enjoy. During this 90-minute workshop, we will explore what it takes to prevent injuries, how to build strong and mobile joints, the best practices for increasing flexibility, and the ideal ways to warm up and cool down.
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to: Increase their mobility and flexibility, decrease their chance of getting injured and recover faster so they can train more.
Whether you have tight hips, iron rods for hamstrings, or a pesky elbow injury that won't go away, this workshop will offer you take-home tools to improve your movement capacity and build your body awareness.
Alternatively, if you're a competitive athlete looking to further bulletproof your body, this workshop will share practices that take your mobility, end-range strength, and recovery rituals to the next level.

What to bring:
Workout clothes, water bottle, towel & swimmers (for the ice bath) notepad & pen.

Ryan Barraclough:
With a background in competitive rowing, personal training, and health coaching, Ryan has experience in overcoming injuries, pursuing peak performance, and general strength maintenance for daily living. Ryan has worked with and supported a wide range of clients, including young kids, Olympic athletes, weekend warriors, and humans in the later years of life. Ryan’s passion for physical wellness has led him to explore many avenues of well-being, both conventional and unconventional, and his ongoing study has revealed some common threads for increasing daily vitality and body longevity.
