Thank you to my amazing clients for your ongoing support. It truly means so much to me to be able to provide you with the care and treatments that help you feel and move at your best.

As many of you know, I have held off adjusting my pricing for as long as I could. However, with the continued rise in the cost of living and increasing business expenses, it has become necessary to make a small adjustment so that I can continue offering you the same level of quality care.

From October 1, 2025, the rate for a one-hour massage will increase from $80 to $90.

Please know that this decision was not made lightly. My priority is always to provide a safe, supportive, and professional service, and this change will help ensure I can keep doing so sustainably.

As always, I appreciate your understanding and loyalty, and I look forward to continuing to support your health and wellbeing.

This week threw me a little curveball — Alby had a small op on his nose (he’s doing great, just rocking some extra cuddles and TLC), so I had to swap the massage table for some extra mum duties.

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:15 AM – 3:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays

This decision was made with care and intention. By adjusting my hours, I aim to avoid burnout, reconnect with my passion for massage, and be more present for my kids and family life.

Important Update: Business Hours

To my valued clients,

I want to share an important update with you all. After much thought and reflection, I’ve decided to adjust my business hours. This change isn’t made lightly—it’s a necessary step for me to better balance my personal life and prevent burnout.

Running thus business has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life, but it’s also required a lot of time and energy. I’ve realized that I need to take a step back to prioritize my family, relationship, and my own well-being.

By reducing my hours, I’ll be able to focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that every session is delivered with the utmost care and attention you deserve. This adjustment will allow me to bring the best version of myself into every treatment and maintain the high standard of care that I pride myself on providing.

New hours will be announced soon, and I’ll work with you all to ensure smooth transitions for any pre-booked appointments. Thank you for your understanding, your loyalty, and for trusting me to be part of your health journey.

As the silly season sneaks up on us, I'd just like to let everyone know that I will be on leave over the break.

For the people booked in on December 30th you are safe. I am popping in for that day 🙂

In January, I will only be working very minimal days as i have young kids on school holidays.
