Thank you to my amazing clients for your ongoing support. It truly means so much to me to be able to provide you with the care and treatments that help you feel and move at your best.

As many of you know, I have held off adjusting my pricing for as long as I could. However, with the continued rise in the cost of living and increasing business expenses, it has become necessary to make a small adjustment so that I can continue offering you the same level of quality care.

From October 1, 2025, the rate for a one-hour massage will increase from $80 to $90.

Please know that this decision was not made lightly. My priority is always to provide a safe, supportive, and professional service, and this change will help ensure I can keep doing so sustainably.

As always, I appreciate your understanding and loyalty, and I look forward to continuing to support your health and wellbeing.

This week threw me a little curveball — Alby had a small op on his nose (he’s doing great, just rocking some extra cuddles and TLC), so I had to swap the massage table for some extra mum duties.

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:15 AM – 3:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays

This decision was made with care and intention. By adjusting my hours, I aim to avoid burnout, reconnect with my passion for massage, and be more present for my kids and family life.
I truly appreciate your understanding as I strive to bring my best self to every session and maintain the high-quality care you deserve.

Important Update: Business Hours

To my valued clients,

I want to share an important update with you all. After much thought and reflection, I’ve decided to adjust my business hours. This change isn’t made lightly—it’s a necessary step for me to better balance my personal life and prevent burnout.

Running thus business has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life, but it’s also required a lot of time and energy. I’ve realized that I need to take a step back to prioritize my family, relationship, and my own well-being.

By reducing my hours, I’ll be able to focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that every session is delivered with the utmost care and attention you deserve. This adjustment will allow me to bring the best version of myself into every treatment and maintain the high standard of care that I pride myself on providing.

New hours will be announced soon, and I’ll work with you all to ensure smooth transitions for any pre-booked appointments. Thank you for your understanding, your loyalty, and for trusting me to be part of your health journey.

In January, I will only be working very minimal days as i have young kids on school holidays.

This June, I am taking the Go PINK pledge to raise much needed money towards breast cancer research.

For every day of June, I will make an effort to incorporate pink into my outfit, whether it be a shirt, jumper, hair clip etc.

Approximately 57 Australians are diagnosed each and every day. That equates to over 20,000 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer each year.

1 in 7 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

About 1 in 500 men are diagnosed in their lifetime.

Around 1000 young women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year, equivalent to about 3 young women each day.

In 2023, over 3,200 Australian will pass away from breast cancer (including 30-40 males). Approximately one woman under the age of 40 is expected to die each week from breast cancer.

That’s 9 Australians a day dying from the disease.

In the last 10 years, breast cancer diagnosis have increased by 21%.

Since the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) started funding in 1994, the death rates from breast cancer in Australia have reduced by over 40% thanks in large part to research in prevention, early detection and new and improved breast cancer treatments.

We’ve come a long way. But there’s still progress to be made.
