WE ARE HIRING!!

We are back on the hunt for amazing people to join our team as disability support workers.

We require people in the Albany Creek and Pimpima areas, (Brisbane QLD)

Do you have great work ethic, a genuine passion for people and want to work in a company that values its people and those we support?

Must have:
- Blue Card
- Workers screening check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Open QLD drivers license
- Comprehensive car insurance

Its preferred that you have experience with high complex needs, behaviour support and restrictive practices and the field of forensics. However if not we will still consider you as long as you are willing and open to learn 💯

We offer a good rate of pay and allowances, great working environment and support with the opportunity to grow.

WHO IS INSPIRELY?

Our journey began in Dec 2021. Three people with a unique set of skills and experience came together because we shared the same values, passion and belief that we could make a huge impact in the lives of others.

We formed our company and worked tirelessly to ensure we were ready and prepared, then in July 2022 we completed our NDIS audit to become a registered provider.

We have been providing supports for 2 years, focussing on slow, quality growth, building relationships with participants, families and our staff, while improving the quality of our service.

In Feb 2024, we finally recieved our NDIS certification and will be expanding our services to other areas of Brisbane.

Our goal is to support people with disabilities to have greater choice and control for their lives, to be involved in their support systems and connected to their communities. We want them to feel positive and excited about their futures 💯
