We had a great time at Brisbane CDI fundraiser on Saturday with the two boys 🤍 74% for Flynn (Secret Keeper) in the 4 year olds with lots more to come! Such a superstar 🤩
Big thank you to Shae Herwig for calling for me ❤️ and as always to Nik Smith for trusting me with the most special baby ❤️

Hey everyone,

As fuel prices don’t look like they’ll be decreasing any time soon, I’ll be making a small adjustment to my travel fees:

• $10 travel fee for 20–45 minutes from me
• $20-30 travel fee for 45+ minutes (dependant on distance)
• Locations over 1.5 hours will be quoted individually

Travel fees will be reduced depending on how many horses are booked at the same location.

There is also the option to bring your horses to me if you’d prefer! 🥰

A few of the exercises I do with Flynn after a ride 🏇

Post-exercise stretching is so important for many reasons:
- Reduce muscle tension
- Prevent post-exercise soreness
- Accelerate recovery
- Reduce injury risk
- Improve flexibility

Small habits, like stretching, can make such a difference to your horse’s long-term performance and recovery ❤️

🥇 Champion 4 year old 🥇
An incredible weekend at QSEC with Secret Keeper (Flynn🤍) owned by my beautiful friend NNik Smith His first ever comp and we won the 4 year olds with 73.2%. (Scratched two prelims because of the scary gun shots next door)
And Echo and Nik!! Won!! All three of their classes! And overall Novice Champion 🤩
So proud of our boys, my first time back between the boards in 7 years and we had the best weekend ever! Lots of laughter and many happy tears shed (by me😂)

Words can’t convey how grateful I am to be back doing my favourite thing with my favourite horse, and favourite friend by my side, pinching myself ❤️
