Can you believe a single probiotic capsule daily can do all of these things 🪄

Seriously one of my favourite products to prescribe to my preconception or pregnant clients ~ even in the third trimester it’s not too late to benefit from some of these points (like reducing the risk of the baby developing eczema, asthma or hayfever)!! How wonderful is that!

Could SALICYLATES be affecting your child?

What are salicylates?
• Natural plant chemicals
• Found in fruits, veggies, herbs, spices, tea, coffee
• Also in skincare, toothpaste & some meds (like aspirin!)
• Most people tolerate them, but some kids are more sensitive.

Possible signs of sensitivity in kids include:
• Rashes, eczema, hives
• Tummy pain, gas, loose stools
• Constant runny nose, congestion
• Irritability, poor sleep, hyperactivity

Why Sensitivity Happens?
• Immature gut/liver detox pathways
• Gut inflammation or imbalance
• Histamine issues (often overlap)
• Cumulative load (food + skincare + meds)
