✨Slow Sunday Series invites you to join us at our second beautiful workshop.✨

Begin your day with a grounding Vinyasa Yoga session led by Karmensyoga. This gentle class is designed to help you stretch, settle and arrive in the present moment. Suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners, with options for modification.

After yoga, enjoy a nourishing morning tea, giving you space and time to connect in a calm, welcoming environment. ☕️

You’ll then be guided through a relaxed painting session with local artist Astrid from Fresh Tracks Farm. In this workshop, you’ll explore painting in the negative using acrylics on canvas. This is an expressive technique where the subject is revealed by painting around it, rather than filling it in. You’ll begin with loose, abstract layers before working over the top with a botanical design, inspired by the flora and fauna of Fresh Tracks Farm in Myalup.
