Thai hot herbal compress massage is a traditional Thai healing massage that uses a combination of Thai herbs and aromatherapy oils. A muslin cloth is infused with herbs and spices and then steamed to release their medicinal properties. The Thai herbs are placed in a cotton and then used to massage the body.

The compresses can be used to perform deep kneading rolling movements on the body, whilst the heat will radiate into the muscles, melting away tension and relieving aches and pains. The warm compress will open the pores and the healing benefits of the herbs can be fully absorbed.

This amazingly relaxing treatment leaves the skin soft and smooth and exfoliated and is perfect now the cooler weather is approaching.
