For my first International Women’s Day Pop-Up, these incredible women showed up, moved their bodies for 45 minutes, shared laughs, and then slowed down together over morning tea. Moments like this remind me exactly why I do what I do.

International Women’s Day isn’t just about celebrating strong women… it’s about recognising the power of community, support and lifting each other up. And these women do that every single week. 🙌

Thank you for not only coming along to today’s event, but for being part of this space, part of this community, and part of my life. Watching you show up for yourselves, your health and each other is honestly the most inspiring thing.

Strong women support strong women… and this is exactly what that looks like. 💪✨

Morning training doesn’t have to mean choosing between you and the kids

The boys joined me for cardio + upper body today and it reminded me why I love coaching mums the way I do. Movement can happen at home, in the chaos, with kids wandering in or joining the workout — and it still counts.

That’s exactly why our Tuesday + Thursday 5:30am Zoom sessions exist. Train while they’re asleep… or let them jump in and learn that fitness is just part of everyday life. No guilt, no perfect conditions — just showing up and building strength together 💪

Love when a cute outfit does half the motivation work for you 😅💗 Six days back into training and my hips were definitely talking this morning, so today wasn’t about pushing through — it was about listening. Swapped squat day for 30 mins on the assault bike and finished with a walk around the block with my oldest. Plan changed, movement still happened, and that’s what counts. Progress isn’t always about going harder — sometimes it’s about training smarter and showing up anyway. ✨

This little set from seriously helped me get moving when I was not feeling it at all… proof that feeling good in what you wear can shift your whole mindset. 💪

This season feels AMAZING ❤️

You can train with me in Narangba at our private gym with 1:1 PT or 2:1 sessions, plus our Move & Connect group class Wednesdays at 9:30am. If getting into the gym is tricky, Morning Mums Zoom runs 5:30am Tues & Thurs so you can still show up for you from home.

And now we’re growing in Brendale…

Since I first met Sam she’s always given 100% in her sessions. When we took a break, she told me it was harder to stay consistent on her own — and honestly, that’s so normal. Most of us don’t struggle with ability… we struggle with motivation and accountability.

She says she’s not a morning person, but here she is at 5:30am absolutely getting it done. First session back and she didn’t hesitate.
