Friday boxing stars ⭐️🥊 Full body, full effort, full vibes. This class is never just about throwing punches — we’re running, squatting, kneeing and lighting up our abs with a boxing style workout that leaves everyone sweaty and smiling 😮‍🔥 Every second Friday this crew shows up ready to work, and the sound of gloves hitting mitts is honestly one of my favourite sounds in the gym. If you’ve been wanting to get moving after school drop-off, this one’s for you 💪🌿

Our Wednesday 9:15am group class is officially starting 4 February, and we’re training outdoors on the grass at Retreat Street, Narangba.

This class is for:
✔️ Stay-at-home mums
✔️ Working mums on a day off
✔️ Women easing back into movement
✔️ Retired women who want strength, balance & connection

Kids are welcome to sit nearby, workouts are scalable, supportive, and focused on feeling good in your body — not smashing yourself 🫶

Hey, I’m Amanda 👋

Mum to three incredible (and neurodivergent) humans 💛 and heading into my 8th year as a Personal Trainer.

I’ve worked across many gyms over the years — Goodlife, Fernwood, FitStop and more — and while I learnt a lot, I also saw some big gaps. Women being told “that’s just how your body is”. Mums trying to train while juggling kids and guilt. One-size-fits-all programs and group classes that didn’t actually fit anyone. 😒

I’ve done the yo-yo dieting. 🥗 I’ve pushed my body into spaces it wasn’t supported in. I even ended up with a pelvic organ prolapse during powerlifting because the coaching I had didn’t understand the female body — something I have now addressing through a hysterectomy (not the only reason I had one).

Those experiences are exactly why I built Mums Run the World Fitness & Wellness Centre. 🥹

I wanted a space where women don’t have to use a crèche, where mental health matters, where pelvic floor and core training are taught early, and where strength is about quality of life — not punishment or shrinking yourself.

I wanted to be the trainer who truly understands the female body through pregnancy, postnatal and into perimenopause — using evidence-based coaching, real-world experience and years of working with women at every stage of life.

I’m pretty sure I’m ADHD 🤪, dancing is my favourite hobby, I value real life over perfection, and I coach women 18+ in all seasons of life — because your body deserves respect at every stage.

This isn’t just training. It’s support. And I’m so glad you’re here 🫶

To celebrate International Women’s Day, I’m hosting a small, intimate Sunday morning pop-up for women to move, connect and share a relaxed morning together 💗

🗓 Sunday 8 March 2026
⏰ 7:30am
📍 Narangba
💪 45-minute group workout (all levels welcome)
☕️ Morning tea included

💰 $20 per person (covers the workout + morning tea)
👥 Limited to 20 women

This morning isn’t about pushing hard or being “perfect”. It’s about showing up, moving your body, having a laugh and slowing down with other amazing women 🌸
