Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated 🙌

I grabbed this salad kit and boneless Greek-style butterflied chicken from Aldi on Sunday, added some beetroot, cherry tomatoes & goat’s cheese (and left off the dressing). It’s been my lunch yesterday, today, and I’ll probably get Wednesday AND Thursday out of it too 🙋‍♀️ Talk about budget-friendly, quick, and filling!

The best part? It’s packed with flavour and has kept me full all afternoon 💪 No overthinking, no stress – just fresh, balanced food that works. Sometimes it’s the simple swaps that make the biggest difference 🌱✨

😂 How good is this! Tonight Cass rocked up to FitMum Evenings at Bracken Ridge wearing this absolute gem of a tank: “I think my trainer is trying to kill me.”

Cass has been one of my longest-standing members, and let’s just say she has earned the right to tell me exactly how she feels mid-burpee 😅. I love that she can have a laugh, push herself, and still come back week after week—even when she thinks I’m plotting her demise through squats and sprints!

The truth is… if your trainer isn’t making you question your life choices at least once during a session, are they even doing their job? 😉💪 But, for real I promise I’m more supportive than this tank makes out 😂

We adore you, Cass, and I promise I’m only trying to make you stronger (not kill you… maybe just a little 🥵).

✨ After two weeks away closing chapters, healing, and recharging, I’m officially BACK coaching tomorrow 🙌💪

Hitting pause was exactly what I needed — and now I’m stepping into this next season with purpose, drive, and a whole lot of energy to share with YOU. There are only 16 weeks left in 2025 (can you believe it?! 😱) and I’m ready to celebrate every single one of them with my incredible community.

We’re going to sweat, laugh, and grow together — and I promise there’ll be plenty of cheeky fun along the way 😉💃

Easing back in with a light walk today 🚶‍♀️✨ Lach and I strolled from home to the coffee shop and back, chatting about everything and nothing along the way. Such a simple moment, but so special 💕

Now I’m back home with a heat pack, feeling surprisingly good for just 4 days post-surgery 🙌 Sometimes the smallest steps are the biggest wins, and this morning felt like exactly that. 🌸

🤩 Continuing with my successful week…

This morning wrapped up the 8-week challenge and I’m so proud of what I’ve achieved! 🎉 I set myself a goal to lose 5kg — and I actually finished at 5.4kg down 🙌.

Strength-wise, it’s all still there even with the decrease in my weight:
• Deadlift: 135kg
• Squat: 115kg
• Bench: 65kg

The only real change I made during this challenge was focusing on my food — proof that the basics really do work when you stick with them 🍎🥗.

Next up for me is surgery on Tuesday, so September will be about recovery. Once I’m back on my feet, my next goal is to lose another 4.1kg by my birthday. One step, one goal, one win at a time 💜.

Feeling proud, motivated, and ready for what’s ahead! 💪✨ shout out to everybody who completed their eight week challenge today too. I was getting emotional coaching you all through the deadlifts as I’m so incredibly proud of you all.

This moment feels incredibly special—not just for what I’ve built in Narangba, but for the years I’ve spent coaching at Bracken Ridge, where it all really began 💥

These three incredible women absolutely owned “The 100” Workout tonight 🙌 Each one tackled 100 reps of 10 different exercises in their own way — proving that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to strength 💪 It’s about showing up, backing yourself, and getting it done YOUR way.
