Sacral Somatic Therapy allows you to be in a space of receiving without expectations to “return the favour”. A space to Feel and let the unwanted thoughts go.

This session brings you into the present moment of feeling everything within your body. It may bring up past experiences including traumatic ones and this is a safe space where you can move through this with someone who will hold you with unconditional love and compassion.

Sacral Somatic Therapy can assist you with having physical and energetic releases, it is important to be aware that I don’t heal people. Only you can heal yourself, it’s just a matter of whether you are ready to take the leap.

This session may also assist you with loving your body and Yoni, finding acceptance for all of you leading you to feel more in tune and sexually empowered.

So many things that we can have prepped or call on in labour. Some get used and some don’t.

This mama had a beautiful support team with hip squeezes being offered with each contraction, a fan from her daughter, air conditioner to manage the summer heat, TENs machine for additional relief.

There’s also lip balm, snacks, music playing, candles burning and hot water filling the pool.

According to research, 30% of breech babies require hands on manoeuvres and they naturally have a lower Apgar score at 1min of age but by 5mins there is no significant difference between breech and Cephalic (head down) babies.
✨
Women deserve the right to choose how they birth their babies regardless of their presentation. It is our duty of care as health care workers to be skilled and competent to manage deviations just as we do for a head down baby.
✨
If you don’t have access to all options in your area please contact your local hospital, MP and to make a difference.
