Introducing Polly! 🙌

Our new Paediatric OT!

Polly starts next Monday and is working part time with us. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 🗓️

Her spots are filling already so here's some info about her to see if she's the right fit for you or your child.

Polly Barendrecht is an Occupational Therapist with over 10 years experience supporting children and young people aged 0–18, with a particular interest in early childhood development, play, and parent-child attachment 👶

She combines evidence-based practice with a warm, relationship-centred approach that empowers children and families to feel confident, supported, and connected 🌈

Polly is experienced in working with a wide range of clinical presentations, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and global developmental delay.

Her practice is grounded in functional skill building, executive functioning, sensory processing, problem solving, and caregiver coaching, with a strong focus on helping clients achieve specific, meaningful therapy goals that make a real difference in their everyday lives ✅

She also has additional training in mental health, holding endorsement for the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme, and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology 🧠

Introducing our newest EP Alex! 🤝

Alex has 5 years experience as an EP and has reunited with his old friend Ben! (They worked together in 2019 & 2020 and have been friends since).

Alex has recently moved back to the Macarthur region after living in Adelaide for a few years. He ran his own successful clinic in Adelaide and is currently finishing his Master's of Dietetics 🥗🥩

Alex has extensive experience in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, cycling and soccer.

We are offering a 50% off all initial consults deal for Alex in the month of November! He is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week.

Our EP Jaslyn keeping the women from Macarthur Women's Health Centre busy!

Every week for the last 8 weeks, Jaslyn runs a women's hydrotherapy group where the ladies come to have fun, socialise and exercise! 🏊‍♀️

Next term, we'll be doing land based and we can't wait! 💪

These ladies have been such a joy to work with. They've formed a strong bond with each other and we've had a blast working with them!

🌊 Introducing Wellness Warriors! 💪✨

Macarthur Women’s Health Centre is thrilled to announce the launch of Wellness Warriors — a brand new collaboration between Macarthur Women’s Health Centre and Built2Move in Narellan, proudly funded by ClubGRANTS through the generous support of Gledswood Hills Country Club 💙🙌

This exciting program kicks off in just a few weeks and includes 8 amazing hydrotherapy sessions led by a qualified female Exercise Physiologist in the warm, supportive hydro pools at Built2Move 🏊‍♀️

Hydrotherapy uses the healing power of water — buoyancy, resistance & warmth — to support your body through movement and recovery. It’s ideal for:

Such a pleasure for us to be working alongside Macarthur Women’s Health Centre!

A huge thank you to the Camden Grants Committee and Country Club Gledswood Hills for funding their Wellness Warriors group, which enables us to provide hydrotherapy AND gym based sessions led by our very own Jaslyn 💪💜

Keep an eye out – and follow Macarthur Women's Health Centre. They will be releasing an Expression of Interest (EOI) next week so we can kick off this exciting new program!
