Did you know Mt Annan Rainbow Club is the first Rainbow Club in the Macarthur Region to have an Active Moves program?

The program is designed for young adults (aged 16-25) with physical, intellectual or sensory disabilities who love the water, are looking for improved health and wellbeing and who will benefit from a fun, social weekend activity.

Active Moves are individually designed by an Exercise Physiologist to meet personal goals and is delivered in a weekly program is 45 minute lesson.

If you’d like more information regarding this program, please message us! We have current availability for more students to swim with us 💦
