in our pool! Our 6 lane, 25m indoor heated swimming pool is set between 31-32 degrees all year round, providing the perfect environment for water sports during any season. We also have a state-of-the-art gym facility open 24/7 and offer Cross Training Classes to beginners through to advanced. Our Instructors strive toward offering the best service, and encouraging and supporting each individual member to reach their potential. They focus on excellent form and provide structured classes so it's easy for you to upkeep an effective program. We have a Physiotherapy Clinic located in the centre where we strive to offer our patients the utmost care. We also do Hydrotherapy Classes throughout the week.
