Men’s Deadly Thinking Workshop

Last week Keedac hosted a strong and meaningful Deadly Thinking Workshop led by Uncle Wayne Coles, alongside our male Peer Support Worker, with our male community members.

It was a powerful space for open yarns, reflection and strengthening our thinking, wellbeing and connections as men.

Thank you to all or men who showed up and shared. If you’re interested in attending future workshops, please send us a message!

💦 Women’s Swim Session – Come Along! 💦

An invitation to our female clients….

Join us for a relaxed pool session where it’s all about moving your body, feeling good and having a yarn.

Swimming is a gentle way to stay active, easy on the joints, and great for both physical and social & emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re swimming laps, floating, or just enjoying the water, this time is for you.

Getting active together helps clear the mind, reduce stress, lift mood and strengthen our bodies — all while connecting with community in a safe, supportive space.

All abilities welcome. No pressure, no judgement — just come as you are 💙
