Hi, I’m Lisa Watt 👋
Founder and Principal Physiotherapist at Narromine Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic.
I am very passionate about helping the individual with their health needs and ensure every patient receives my upmost attention, genuine care and expertise.
I hold a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Rehabilitation with Honours from the University of Wollongong.
With over 26 years experience in the health industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with patients across many disciplines.
These include Royal North Shore Pain Clinic, Fit For Work rehabilitation, Dubbo Base, Mudgee, Gilgandra and Warren hospitals and Lourdes rehab hospital. AIS, Sydney Academy of Sport, and private practice in Mudgee and in the UK, before opening my own business in Narromine 18 years ago.
In 2007, I opened the clinic with the goal of bringing quality, compassionate care to our rural communities with evidence based treatment and therapy.
Having dual qualifications allows our patients to be assessed, clinically diagnosed and treated accordingly in the acute and chronic setting with an individualised exercise program with the one therapist. This creates continuity of care and assists with mainitaining a sound relationship with the individual.
We have since also expanded our services to Dubbo and Warren, growing a team that shares my passion for helping people move well and live fully.
Outside of the clinic, I’m an avid runner, having completed numerous ultra-marathons, marathons, Ironman triathlons, and proudly represented Australia at the Duathlon World Championships in 2015. I also love running and competing alongside my boys.
If you’re looking for support to move better, manage pain, or just feel more confident in your body—my team and I are here for you with genuine care and compassion.
