A very special moment 🤍. Receiving my Diploma of Energy Psychology.
This journey has been so much more than study…it’s been deep inner work, growth, healing and expansion. Learning to support others through subconscious, emotional and energetic layers is something I feel incredibly honored to do.
So grateful for the guidance and support of my beautiful teacher Belinda and the knowledge I now get to share with others.
I can’t wait to continue supporting clients in their healing, connection and transformation.

So many of us move through life trying to calm our nervous system…
trying to slow down…
trying to “switch off”.

But what if the real work isn’t about becoming calmer?

This breathwork experience is a space to gently explore that.

Through guided breathwork, nervous system awareness, and deep rest, we create the conditions for the body to remember what it already knows.

Over the past days, our hearts have been with everyone impacted by the fires through Natimuk, Quantong, and Vectis🤍 With around 20 homes lost, this has been an incredibly difficult time for so many.
I want to gently let our community know that Jo-Lee Kinesiology studio is safe. Once roads reopen, I’ll be back offering in-person sessions, and online sessions will be available from tomorrow.
To support those affected:
* Anyone who has lost their home is welcome to a few free kinesiology sessions
* Anyone impacted by the fires, including those who were out there protecting lives and homes, is offered 50% off a session
There is no pressure and no expectation — just support, when and if it feels right 🤍 Please reach out privately if this feels helpful for you or someone you know.

As I step into 2026, I’m feeling into the word that’s guiding me into this next chapter- DEPTH.
Depth in how I listen.
Depth in how l hold space.
Depth in how I support the nervous system and the whole person.
In 2026, this also means returning to study- not to add more, but to deepen what already feels true and aligned in my work.
Slower. Intentional. Grounded.
