Calling all Support Workers!
Aged Care Angels and Disability Services is a quality provider of in-home services to NDIS and aged care clients within regional NSW. Our purpose is to support people to live fulfilled lives within their home. We specialise in personal, flexible care that supports families and individuals to live independently and to remain at home. Due to our growth, we are seeking additional care workers to join our team.
We are looking for experienced home care support workers who demonstrate our company values of compassion, respect, kindness and positivity. You will have a “can-do” attitude, and you will genuinely want to make a difference to the lives of others, and with capacity to be flexible when required.
You will be delivering services into your local communities. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a kilometre allowance along with flexible hours for a work/life balance.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
· Cert III in Individual Support (disability/ageing)
· Experience providing person centred care services to NDIS / aged care clients living in their own home
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work unsupervised, but also be able to work as part of a close knit team
· Good time management skills and be self-motivated
All applicants will need current - NDIS worker module; NDIS Worker Screening Check; Working with Children Check; First Aid and CPR; Australian Drivers Licence and access to a comprehensively insured, reliable and registered motor vehicle.
