Chicken & Macadamia Stir Fry for dinner tonight ... and lunch tomorrow, that's if there's any left 😜🥢

This Chicken & Macadamia Stir Fry is your new go-to!
Packed with protein, crunchy goodness and fresh veggies, ready and served in under 30 minutes 🙌
🥘 What you’ll need:
• 500g chicken breast, sliced
• 1 cup macadamias, roughly chopped
• 1 red capsicum, sliced
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• 1 carrot, julienned
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• Olive oil for cooking (or cooking oil of choice)
👩🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
4️⃣ Add veggies and stir fry for 3–4 minutes (keep them slightly crisp!).
5️⃣ Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, honey and sesame oil. Stir well.
6️⃣ Toss through macadamias just before serving for that perfect crunch.
Serve with steamed rice, cauliflower rice or noodles 🍚
