• “Colonics flush out all your good bacteria.”
If that were true, one round of diarrhoea would wipe out your microbiome too. Your gut bacteria are far more resilient than that.

• “Colonics are painful.”
A properly administered gravity colonic is one of the gentlest ways to support elimination. There may be mild temporary cramping from gas elimination that’s about it.

•”Doctors don’t recommend them”
Sure some wouldn’t, but many functional and integrative doctors do recommend them. Of course opinions vary, but with a technique that’s been around for such a long time we do get many referrals from doctors.
