My glass half full motto: Thoughts are real and I am always trying to develop a mindset geared towards focusing on the positive aspects of a situation. I really believe in what you think you manifest into reality, therefore the quality of my thoughts determines the happiness of my life, I really try to make a habit of staying on track and I have found I tend to do better at this with some TLC, that is, self care for my mind, body and soul.

A few days ago I sent off House of Hearts- A Souls Journey charity funds & today I just received a lovely thank-you email from the CEO of RSPCA, Victoria.
I must give a big round of applause to all my beautiful clients, as each of your booked in sessions with me for 2025, helped animals in need. Ensuring they are protected from cruelty and neglect. Together we can make a difference & make this world a kinder place for all 💛
