Hello Yogis,
I am excited to announce that effective 1st Feb, I shall be increasing my Yoga classes to 90 minutes. I look forward to sharing deeper yogic principals & techniques with you that will enrich your every day life. Through mindful practice, breathwork & meditation we build strength, flexibilty & balance whilst finding inner peace & clarity.
