Founded by Sophia Soul, who has transformed her life through meditation and natural healing despite facing numerous challenges, Sacred U aims to touch lives everywhere by fostering a supportive environment where members can explore their spirituality, enhance their well-being, and achieve their fullest potential. Sophia Soul's journey is marked by her relentless pursuit of inner peace and personal empowerment. Born with a genetic disorder, Sophia underwent 30 surgeries and faced chronic pain, extreme bullying, and mental health struggles. Her profound journey of self-discovery, including over 30 years of meditation and 18 years spent in meditation and retreat centers, led her to discover the true essence of self-esteem and the power of positive thought, which she now shares with the world through Sacred U. At Sacred U, we provide a platform where members can share their passions, services, and events, and find acceptance just as they are. Our core activities include:
