🌧️🥶 The cold and wet weather called for some in-house made scones 🧁🍓☕. Our participants did an excellent job putting together these delicious scones 👩‍🍳👏 as well as whipping up their own cream 🥣✨ to serve with them — with a big thumbs up 👍😁 from everyone in the office 🏢💛.

🗣️🤔 Furthermore, our participants and staff have been interacting with our “discussion of the week” debate question: Do Tomato and BBQ sauces belong in the fridge 🧊 or the pantry 🥫? (so far our scores are tied ⚖️😄).

Overall, the week has been full of warmth 🔥, fun 🎉, and friendship 🤝💖.

Our Bethel Hub has had a busy few weeks, especially with food 🍽️✨ Our participants have been busy making some warm winter treats such as homemade sausage rolls 🥐 and pies 🥧.

Furthermore, our participants also enjoyed a mini morning tea ☕🍪 together for Mental Health Awareness Month 💚 checking in with each other, sharing friendly chats, laughter 😄, and support 🤝.

As the days get colder ❄️, our Bethel cooks 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 will continue to whip up and learn some comforting winter foods 🍲🔥.

It was a pleasure welcoming Tim Crakanthorp to the Bethel Disability Services booth at the Hunter Disability Expo 2026.

🌸💝 A lovely day spent at the hub today making some extra special gifts for Mother’s Day 💐✨

Our participants used their creativity 🎨🧶 and amazing skills 🌟, while also sharing lots of laughs 😄 and beautiful stories together 💕📖

Our team here at Bethel Disability Services would like to wish all the lovely Mothers 💖, Mums-to-be 🤰🌷 & Mother figures 🌼 a wonderful, blessed 🙏 and beautiful Mother’s Day this Sunday! 🌸💐✨

Our participants took an exciting adventure to the Central Coast to explore the Australian Reptile Park 🐊🌿

They enjoyed an action-packed day meeting exotic snakes 🐍 and lizards 🦎, creepy crawling spiders 🕷️, alligators & crocs 🐊, native birds 🐦, turtles 🐢, and even had a close encounter with an Emu (who clearly thought Jacob’s chips tasted better in its own belly 😂🍟).

Everyone also shared a delicious BBQ lunch 🍔🌭, cooked by our amazing support workers Jess & Cody, with a big helping hand from Jacob 👨‍🍳 who made sure the snags and patties were cooked to perfection 👌🔥

The group sat in on a fantastic Reptile Show 🎤 where they learned lots of interesting facts and heard stories about the park’s famous crocodile Elvis 🐊⭐

An unforgettable day full of fun, learning, and great memories! 🌟💚

Our participant absolutely excelled in preparing, mixing, and cooking these goodies 👩‍🍳👏

We also got a little crafty 🎨🐰, creating some adorable Easter bunny coasters! 💜

A busy and creative last few weeks at Bethel Hub 🎨✨ From creative arts and crafts 🖌️, to pamper days 💅, birthday celebrations 🎂🎉, cooking 🍳 and more.

Our participants have absolutely excelled at utilising their own skills and knowledge 🌟👏

Overall our Hub has been full of fun 😄, chatter 🗣️, laughter 😂 and creativity 🎭💡.

✨🎨 A fun & crafty Monday at the hub! 🎨✨

Our amazing participants showcased their creativity and artistic flair today. 🖌️💡 They got hands-on decorating glass jars to create beautiful candle holders 🕯️ and painting bottles to turn them into stunning flower centrepieces 🌸🌼.

The fun didn’t stop there! Everyone also enjoyed some brain games 🧠 by playing a few rounds of Pictionary 🎭✏️ and taking on exciting word challenges 🔤🧩.

A wonderful day full of creativity, laughter, and teamwork! 💛😊
