Excited to be accepted for my masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at University of QLD in 2026. Can’t wait to grow as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and add to my masters of pain management.

Why stop at the books. Made 7 information posters which do a short kid friendly synopsis of the books. High resolution images for posters to be printed out.

Starting off small but building up more and more. I want to take this seriously. Again, not about the money, but make sure those donations will be going towards RMH.

Dear Everyone,

I am trying my hand at being an author of children’s books for a good cause. Six books known as “Understanding My Pain” are designed to teach children from 2-5 years of age about pain management concepts.
By obtaining these skills early, children being our future, can reduce the burden of 1 in 5 Australians experiencing chronic pain and improve our population’s quality of life (Australian Institute of Healthcare, 2020).

Meet Evie the Elephant, Hugo the Hippo, Maddy the Monkey, Lucy the Lion, George the Giraffe, and Charlie the Crocodile as they build on their knowledge of pain.

I am now to the stage of sending my work to publishers.

I am also going to donate some of the profits of each book to Ronald McDonald House as their sacrifice of time, effort, and money towards their own families may help others flourish.

Ps. Would love any illustrators who think they can improve on the images.

Wasn’t my day today, but fought my very first black belt level competition. Lost by referees decision and then by two points in the second. What it says to me is I am ready to step up level in competitions, but above all learned what I need to do next time. Thanks for all the support from my wife who coached me and to all friends and family and for all the help. Onto the next one.

My wife made this for me when I got home. Some of the many medals we’ve collected over the years - so many tournaments, the successes, but also to acknowledge the times we have losses too. Reminds me how grateful I am for everyone and everything in my life. Love my family, my wife and friends.
