I’m Rowena.
Woman, mother, nurse, space holder, seeker of depth, and creator of Wild Heart Rituals.
For over 20 years I’ve worked in healthcare, supporting people through vulnerable and life changing moments. But alongside that path, another calling was quietly growing. One rooted in connection, ritual, nature, movement, truth and women gathering together in realness.
What began as a longing for deeper connection became women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, earth altars, retreats, song, grief, laughter, tears, dancing barefoot and remembering what it feels like to come home to ourselves.
I believe women heal in safe spaces where masks can soften.
Where we don’t have to perform.
Where we can be witnessed exactly as we are.
My work is about creating spaces that feel nourishing, sacred, grounding and deeply human. Spaces where women can reconnect with their bodies, their voice, their intuition, their joy and each other.
You’ll usually find me somewhere between the ocean and the bush, holding a cup of tea, singing around a fire, dancing wildly, or dreaming up the next gathering.
