There is something deeply powerful about sitting in circle.
No hierarchy.
No one above or below.
No fixing, no rescuing, no reacting.
Just open hearts meeting each other exactly as they are.
In circle, we’re not here to be better or to have it all figured out.
We’re here to be real.
To listen without planning a response.
To speak without needing to be understood.
When one woman shares, something in all of us softens.
When one heart cracks open, it gives permission for others to breathe a little deeper.
This is where remembering happens.
That we belong.
That we don’t have to carry everything alone.
That being witnessed is medicine.
Circle doesn’t need answers.
It just needs presence.
And somehow, that’s enough.
