Management. CVEM have developed a comprehensive understanding of the event/venue/corporate
environment, a large staff of experienced customer focused security and event staff personnel with a
unique range of specialist security services. We regularly manage and provide corporate security and
event staff for and are well placed to service contemporary entertainment & corporate
events/sites/functions. CVEM is a wholly owned Aboriginal Australian Company first established in 2001 (ABN 16 602 700
587). CVEM registered office and principal place of business is Steel River Eco Estate Channel
Corporate Centre Unit 7/8 Channel Road Mayfield West NSW 2304. The company is privately owned
and established by Mr Brett Arrowsmith, who remains the Managing Partner & Patrick Fegan the group CEO. commenced operation in March 2001 and recruited the most experienced security personnel
Newcastle & Sydney has available. CVEM are a secure and stable company with a strong financial base for future business. CVEM has over 450 casual and 155 permanent security employees who work in entertainment venues and
for high profile international corporate clients. As well as being experienced with all facets of the security
industry they are trained and experienced in the delivery of customer service and are very aware that they
represent the function at which they work. CVEM currently have access to over 300 casual & 60 full time
personnel who possess excellent customer service capabilities. C.V.E.M. has a comprehensive set of Standard Operating Procedures in the form of the ‘C.V.E.M. Policy
and Procedures Manual’. All of our staff operates in adherence to this manual. As a component of our
service, CVEM regularly prepare full security plans, emergency evacuation plans, alcohol management
plans and standard operating procedures for our venue and event client
