Bar Wasps is a group geared towards continuous health improvement improving strength, flexibility, stamina, speed and confidence. Specific exercises using parallel bars, pull up bars and gymnastic rings are some of the equipment we utilise, but it's amazing the quality of workout you can achieve using only your body and some open space. Why spend hundreds of dollars on gym fees when you could be o
utside in the sun mastering the movements of your own body! The Bar Wasps meet up throughout the week for sessions either at either of our three main training sites, Woodrising, Speers Point or Morisset but we also do day trips to places like Bondi Beach training park. The Bar Wasps believe that you are the master of your own body and health - at any age! - and that every body can improve and achieve more than your mind would have you think. Personal Training and coaching is available with fitness professionals, Sean or Gill. Sean McMinn
