🌱 We’re growing - and we’re looking for Occupational Therapist’s who want to do meaningful work, with good humans, in a flexible, supportive team.

At Beyond Boundaries Rehab, we don’t do cookie-cutter therapy.
We believe creativity is clinical reasoning, and collaboration is at the heart of every good outcome.

Our work is complex, community-based, and deeply human - with clients who challenge us, inspire us, and remind us daily why this profession matters.

We value innovation, accessibility, resilience, joy, and collaboration - not just in our therapy, but in how we work together as a team.

You’ll have autonomy, trust, and a team that genuinely has your back.
You’ll also have flexible hours, birthday leave, EAP access, professional development days, mentoring, and therapy dog cuddles (yes, really).

We have:
• 1 permanent OT role (start ASAP)
• 1 maternity leave cover (Feb 2026 start, clinical mentor role, potential to extend to permanent)

Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week) - you design your own week.

If you’re an experienced OT (with 5+ years’ experience) who’s ready for a role that blends professional challenge, creativity, and real-world impact; we’d love to chat.

“I Am Heard. I Am Seen. I Am Me.”

This Down Syndrome Awareness Month, we’re celebrating voices that deserve to be heard, loud and proud.

At Beyond Boundaries Rehab, inclusion means more than access - it means agency. Our role as therapists is to listen, adapt, and empower people to express who they are in ways that feel authentic and meaningful.

Because every voice, movement, and moment tells a story - and every story matters.

💜 This OT Week, we’re honouring the quiet, powerful moments where meaningful change happens.

Not the big dramatic transformations - but the everyday acts of creativity, compassion, and problem-solving that help people live life their way.

To every OT bringing compassion, creativity and problem-solving into real life - thank you.

If you’re an experienced OT who sees yourself in this work, we’d love to connect - even if you’re just curious.

No pressure.
No push.
Just people.

When we say new staff photos, we don’t mean boring headshots. Instead, each team member was asked to bring a mystery object from home 🏠 - with no idea why. The result? A collection of props that perfectly (and hilariously) represent who we are beyond the job titles.

From quirky to practical, sentimental to downright silly… These photos tell you more about our team than a headshot ever could. 💛

Because at BBR we’re all about personality, connection, and of course, a little bit of fun along the way! 🌟

At Beyond Boundaries Rehab, we know that not every disability can be seen - and that’s okay. 💜

Hidden disabilities like autism, ADHD, chronic pain, brain injury, or mental health challenges can affect how a person experiences the world, learns, and connects. But with the right understanding and support, every individual can thrive.

Our therapy approach is built on listening first, collaborating closely, and creating personalised pathways that honour each person’s unique strengths and challenges.

Because inclusion isn’t just about accessibility - it’s about empathy, awareness, and making space for every story. 🌱

“I Am Learning. I Am Growing.”

At BBR, we see growth in all its forms - from the first independent step to a new skill mastered, or the confidence to try something new. 🌱

Down Syndrome Awareness Month reminds us that independence doesn’t look the same for everyone - and that’s a beautiful thing.

Our team works side-by-side with people of all abilities to build skills, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Because progress isn’t about perfection - it’s about potential. 💪

💛 Our Core Values at BBR 💛

At Beyond Boundaries Rehab, our work is driven by three core values that shape every session, conversation, and goal. They’re at the heart of how we help people move, grow, and thrive - beyond boundaries. 🌟

✨ Innovation – We think creatively, adapt with purpose, and embrace new ideas to make therapy engaging, effective, and fun.
✨ Collaboration – We work hand-in-hand with clients, families, and the community - because real progress happens together.
✨ Accessibility – We believe therapy should be inclusive and within reach for everyone, empowering people of all abilities to live full, meaningful lives.

Because at BBR, we’re not just delivering therapy - we’re redefining what’s possible. 💛

💋✨ Still Talking About It ✨💋

Liptember might have wrapped up, but conversations about women’s mental health don’t stop when the calendar flips. 🧡

At Beyond Boundaries Rehab, we believe mental health is just as important as physical health - for our clients, families, and community. So we’re keeping the colour, keeping the conversations, and keeping the cause alive.

💄 Guess whose lips?
📸 Drop your guess below.
💬 Keep talking - because every chat counts.

October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month, and this year’s theme “I Am” is all about celebrating individuality, strength, and voice. 💜

At BBR, we believe every person deserves the space and support to say, “I am capable, I am valued, I am enough.”

Whether it’s through therapy, connection, or community, our work is grounded in seeing the whole person - not just their goals, but their passions, preferences, and potential.

✨ This month, we’re proud to celebrate people with Down syndrome and the incredible contributions they make to our communities every day.

👄 Who Did It Better?! 👄

Last month we celebrated Liptember with a little friendly competition... we challenged our incredible Michelle and Luke to see who could put lipstick on without a mirror! 💄

🩷 Liptember is all about bringing colour, conversation, and a touch of chaos to raise awareness and support life-changing programs for women’s mental health across Australia.

We might be a month late posting… but good fun (and a good cause) are always worth sharing!
