Another one bites the dust…
Basketball training didn’t quite go to plan.
A rebound, a collision, an awkward landing… and then a 6-foot teenager coming down on top.
They heard the crack/pop.
Ligament damage.
For a kid who’s always moving, always competing… this feels like everything’s been put on hold.
But we don’t see this as failure.
Not even when luck goes against you like this.
Because setbacks aren’t failures they’re part of the process.
This is where the J&H Formula really shows up.
Slow down when your body needs it.
Respect the recovery.
Stay consistent in the small things.
Keep the mindset strong when the momentum pauses.
Right now it looks like:
Rest.
Rehab.
Patience.
Small wins, every day.
No shortcuts. No rushing. No giving up ground mentally.
Because this isn’t the end of anything
it’s just a reset before the next run.
Stronger. Smarter. Ready again.
