Across the two-day event, we’ll be diving into workshops, sharing insights, and collaborating on the future of medical aesthetics.

I love visiting European cities in the winter, and Paris is especially beautiful. You can explore museums and monuments without the long queues, and most of the time, you’re indoors.

Some highlights included the Musée d'Orsay, La Conciergerie, the renovated Notre-Dame, and the Eiffel Tower.

MEXS was yet again a very polished conference put on by the Merz Global team. When I first saw the main stage during rehearsals, I was bowled over by the grandeur, colour, and size.

A couple of days of rehearsals (which sometimes felt like the proverbial herding of cats 🤭) helped us all come together to deliver high-level content and science for our international audience.

My mentor and colleague, , who couldn’t make this meeting, was missed not only by me but by all of us who were there.

We all look forward to having her back on board for the next one! 💖

The Innovation Forum has become an important part of what Merz does so well.

It fosters innovative research in our chosen field of aesthetic medicine. I am honoured to be part of the international judging panel tasked with the nearly impossible job of carefully reading through and assessing all the submissions (over 170 this year).

The entries were of a very high standard and were judged on innovation (obviously), science, methodology and data, ethics, and clinical relevance.

We narrowed it down to two amazing winners: Dr. Julian Hernandez from Colombia and Dr. Sasipim Chaijaras from Thailand.

Congratulations to them both! Very well deserved, and with their generous €10,000 educational grants as prizes, I can’t wait to see what they produce next! 👏👏👏👏

Last weekend attended an amazing event in Bangkok for Merz.

I spoke on the science behind biostimulation and why biostimulators are not all the same.

Enjoyed sharing the stage with two amazing colleagues and .atchima and got to meet the beautiful Korean film star Mun Ka Young 😍😍
