Why would a soul ever come back to this crazy world?

It’s something often only contemplated in moments of negative reaction or response
Cause let’s face it, when you’re lit up and joyful
You just want more
And you don’t question WHERE you’re at

You hear about how “heaven” is supposed to be pure love
No bills, no grief, no war, no awkward conversations…..
It’s where your souls go to finally return home
So if it’s so great, why would any soul EVER leave and make the return trip?

In short…..
Earth is where you grow
It’s got the contrast
And without the contrast, there’s not a lot of growth for you humans

Earth is intense
In both the way of joy and pain
There’s laughter AND heartbreak
Love AND loss
These deeply human experiences, stretch the soul
You grow in compassion, resilience, empathy, strength
And this counts
Both here
And the other side
The one
Feeds the other

Some souls decide to come back to help
To be of service
To support people they love
To go round again with a particular person
To complete contracts previously made
To create and build stuff
To create a different family heritage

Being human is a wild, “well worth it” ride
There’s no other body in existence, like the human body
And there are immeasurable things you can be, do, or have from it’s vantage point
Think s*x, music, dancing, chocolate cake…….
That stuff doesn’t happen the same in spirit
So despite the weirdness, or pain
Souls choose to come back for the full human experience
To create something
To “live” something

You’ve yet to embrace completely
the infinite nature of your being
So, remembering , while you’re here, can be part of the appeal to return
For the “aha” moments and connections
That change EVERYTHING

Yes, the afterlife is beautiful
But earth and being human is where the real magic of transformation happens
That’s why so many of you come back
Not because it’s easy
But because it’s worth it

I’m asked often:
“If Spirit are so great, why don’t they just fix it for us?”

The simple answer is...
They can’t.

We have this little thing called free will.
Choice.
It’s a universal law.

We can’t choose for them, and they can’t choose for us.

That’s why it matters to know yourself.
What you want.
Who you are.
What inspires you-and what derails you.

It’s a journey we all take,
but we walk it as individual points of power and focus.
No two paths are the same.

We came to this planet at this time to grow and expand who we are at a soul level.
And THAT feeds back into the energy of all consciousness.

It’s your soul.
Only you have the power to expand and evolve it.
In the very deliberate direction, you choose.

That being said...
What Spirit WILL do-and DO tirelessly
is show up.

Behind the scenes, they’re busy.
Creating opportunities.
Lining up synchronicities.
Whispering insights.
Offering the same lesson in a thousand different ways— again and again.

The right people.
The perfect timing.
The looped moments.
All designed to give us the chance
to see...
to shift...
to say yes.

Spirit never gives up.
But they’ll never force it, either.

Because even if they handed you
the house, the job, the partner, the lottery win-
you wouldn’t truly value it
until YOU chose it.

Until you owned your power.
That’s the gift:
THE POWER TO CHOOSE FOR YOURSELF

Synchronicity is spirit’s way of whispering, you’re on the right path.
Every choice is a portal — spirit meets us where we decide to step.
Trust the signs. Honour the choice.

A reminder to trust your truth
And stay open to what’s still unfolding

There’s peace in what we know - our lived experience, intuition, the whispers of Spirit
And there’s growth in what we don’t - the edges of our awareness, the lessons still waiting, the mysteries yet to come

This truth grounds me often:
“I know what I know. And I don’t know what I don’t know.”

It invites grace, humility, and wonder
Let your knowing be enough today - and trust that more will reveal itself when you’re ready

Today is just one version of me.
The thoughts I carry, the choices I make, the way I move through the world—it’s all a snapshot, not the whole story.
Life itself is just one version of me too.
Out of infinite paths, this is the one I’m living, but it doesn’t define the full truth of who I am.
There are versions of me in memories, in dreams, in the quiet moments I haven’t yet lived.
I’m allowed to change, to grow, to become someone new again and again.
This version is real, but it’s not final.
I hold multitudes.
And I’m still unfolding.
