Often we find clients come to us with a feeling of despair, confusion, disappointment and hopelessness. They have been feeling 'crap' for a while, even visited their GP, only to leave with a "its just ageing, expect less from life" sort of vibe.

This is why one of the first things we do together in our coaching journey is SET GOALS! Learning how to set a goal can be tricky BUT it doesn’t need to be.

This method is designed to optimise;

In an ideal world all our vitamins and minerals would come from our food, however due to many factors including lower food quality and leaching of soils, this is now near impossible.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Gut troubles (IBS, Leaky gut), poor nutrition (SAD), medications (antibiotics etc), and soil depletion are big reasons why we are low in magnesium. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Magnesium is critical to your mitochondrial health - these are tiny "batteries" in your cells, essentially our little power packs. Due to increased load on our (internal) minerals and vitamins through performance in training, racing, work, life, modern technological advances etc, we may require nutritional support through supplements. 👟💻⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Recognising what electrolytes (like magnesium) our clients may be low in is one of the first things we remedy and see results in. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
