I can’t believe it’s 7 years.

This years been a bit different, if you didn’t know I’ve gone back to uni to complete yet another masters degree, this time in addictive behaviours. Over the next year or so I will be winding my clinic hours down a little to focus more on the addiction work but I will always have time for the sun med practice.

So I do apologise for my lack of content as of late, between wrangling two toddlers a uni degree and another business life has been busy!

Anyway, we’re still open and still taking bookings and if your interested in my work with addiction follow and it comes with a trigger warning

Happy Lunar New Year.

This year marks the Fire Horse 🔥 🐴

The horse is peak yang, also a fire sign, so it’s a double fire year. In the larger cycles it’s also a fire cycle. That’s triple.

That’s a lot of heat. Don’t burn yourself out.

Fire is related to the heart, consciousness and joy.

Have fun, do the things you love, also take time to reflect inwards otherwise you will cook yourself.

Horses are amongst the biggest hearted animals, they have a lot of output. Careful not to overdo it this year.

Giddy up.
