One of the things that helps me safeguard my well being is intentionally plugging in yoga and exercise classes into my schedule, often at the beginning of the week. I fiercely protect these times because yoga and physical activity keep me relatively sane, centered and buoyed.
I also like being in community and feeling connected with like minded people.
I teach 2 therapeutic yoga classes a wk :
Thursday eve 6:45 pm candlelight restorative yoga AND Friday 10 am gentle yoga.
