Feeling so blessed to have danced with my dear long time friend, Svenja, in my own garden yesterday. What a way to start the day! I haven’t seen Svenja for 15 years when she planted the seed (“Kerrin, you need to come dance with me”). I’ve only been dancing Nia a few years (4ish), but she put me on the path that led me to Helene Purcell and I am so grateful!

Yesterday I graduated Blue Belt-Art of Communication with this amazing duo as teachers and facilitators. My heart is so full. I made so many beautiful new friends too, and connected with some I made a year ago at White Belt- Art of Sensation. Looking forward to reconnecting with my base tribe in Noosa to share some new magic I’ve learned.
