Unpopular opinion:
You can have everything… and still feel nothing.

4 years ago, I had the “perfect” life.
Good job. Good money. House. Long-term partner.

On paper? Winning.
In reality? Numb.

Every day felt like a loop.
Train. Podcast. Office.
“Living the dream.” (but make it sarcastic)

I’d come home exhausted, disconnected, scrolling just to feel something.

Our relationship became routine.
Our weekends were full.
But I felt empty.

And the scariest part?
Nothing was technically wrong.

I just didn’t feel like myself anymore.

So eventually… everything collapsed.

Relationship — gone.
Job — quit.
House — sold.

I moved back in with my parents at 32 and had to start over.

Rock bottom doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it just feels… quiet.

The night before I moved, I went to a breathwork session.

And for the first time in a long time —
I felt something.

My body lit up.
Tingles. Clarity. Lightness.

It was like coming home to myself.

That moment changed everything.

Now I help other people reconnect with themselves through breathwork.

Not the fluffy, “love and light” version.
Real, grounded, practical tools that actually shift how you feel.
