When I think about the women who get great results, it’s not because they’re doing everything perfectly.

It’s because of the way they approach it

They stop waiting for the perfect week to begin and start making small decisions that feel manageable right now with support and learning new knowledge.

They learn what a balanced meal looks like, and they come back to it often not perfectly, but consistently enough that it starts to feel natural. This way of eating doesn’t have to be hard or over complicated which is surprising to most.

We eat balanced almost everyday, not because we have to because our mind and body wants to. You shift how you see food when you eat this way and the effects are far more than just body changes.

And over time, that builds something really powerful

Confidence
Trust in themselves
A sense of control around food that doesn’t feel restrictive or overwhelming

That’s the shift, you have power over your choices and the outcome.

If the plan you have isn’t working, choose another plan. If it doesn’t make you feel empowered, or confident it’s the wrong plan, if you are getting results at the cost of your mental health CHANGE THE PLAN!!!

That’s all my friend 🥰

And it’s something that’s available to you too

Inside The LPF Method, this is exactly what we build together
A way of eating and showing up that works with your life, not against it

I was chatting to a client this week who said, “I’m so good Monday to Friday, but the weekends just undo everything.”

And when we actually unpacked it, it wasn’t the food that was the issue. It was the pressure she was putting on herself to get it perfect.

She’d go into the weekend with this plan to eat really clean, stay on track, not slip up at all. But then real life would happen. A breakfast out, something different for dinner, plans changing. And because it didn’t match the version she had in her head, it felt like she’d already failed… so she’d switch off completely and tell herself she’d start again Monday.

Once we shifted that, everything changed.

We didn’t add more rules. We actually took them away. Gave her a way to approach her weekends that still supported her, without needing everything to look perfect.

And the biggest thing she noticed wasn’t even the food at first, it was how much calmer it felt. Less overthinking, less guilt, less of that back and forth.

That’s the part most women don’t realise.

It’s not that you need to try harder on weekends. It’s that the way you’re approaching them is making it harder than it needs to be.

When you learn how to handle the imperfect moments, that’s when things start to click.

I know it feels like you have done all the things…and I know it feels hard.

Not just the doing, but the thinking about it all the time. Wondering if you’re eating too much, not enough, or if what you’re doing is even working.

And it’s exhausting, because it feels like no matter how many times you try, you end up back in the same place.

What I want you to understand is that the approach you’ve been using is likely missing something.

When everything is built around cutting things out, you’re constantly relying on motivation to hold it together. And motivation is always going to fluctuate, especially when you’re busy, tired, or have a lot on your plate.

The shift is actually much simpler than you think, but it changes everything.

Instead of focusing on what to remove, start asking what your body needs more of. Start building meals that support you, not ones you’re trying to control yourself through.

That one mental shift starts to change how you feel day to day. You’re more satisfied after meals, your energy is more stable, and you’re not constantly negotiating with yourself around food.

And from there, the physical results follow.

Update time 👏🏻💪🏼

I know you’ve been keeping up with well she just ticked over 1 year with The LPF Method…and today she did something which made me reflect on how much can change when you work with your body instead of against it, when you decide you are worthy of change and you want to do it differently.

She has four kids, a busy life, and plenty of reasons why it’s freaking hard to prioritise herself. But instead of chasing quick results, she focused on building habits, repeating the ones that made her feel good, learning the habits that could actually fit into her busy life and support her mentally and physically.

Today she told me she went for a run with one of her kiddos because cross country is coming up 🥰. And in what seems like a small moment, it’s those ones that are the real outcome of taking care of your health. I love this part of my job when you see someone thriving as a result of their choices, their commitment to themselves when they have been so used to giving to everyone else 💕

Fat loss might be what brings people in, but what keeps them going is how much better life feels when their body has the strength and energy to keep up with it, and the real understanding of how to do it REALISTICALLY 🙌👏🏻

One year in and still going strong. This was not calorie counting or complicated tracking. It was not restrictive.

This progress was built, and so was confidence.

You’re in the community for life my friend and you continue to inspire me and other women daily 💪🏼 Now let’s get this next marathon please 💪🏼💕💙

This is the difference between something that works for a few weeks and something that works for years.

I was speaking with a client recently who told me that for as long as she could remember, her only goal had ever been fat loss. Every time she started something new, that was the focus. But because nothing ever seemed to stick long term, she always felt like she was the one failing.

When we worked through it together, we realised the issue wasn’t a lack of effort. She had tried a lot of things. The problem was that the focus had always been on forcing the outcome, rather than building the habits and structure underneath it.

So we flipped the script. Instead of chasing fat loss as the only goal, we started looking at how she was eating across the day, what her patterns were when life got busy, and what simple habits would actually hold up in her real life.

Once those foundations started to stabilise, everything felt calmer. The constant starting again stopped, and the results she had been chasing for years started to come as a by product of the way she was now living.

Today’s lunch was not glamorous.

I’m travelling. I’m juggling work. I’ve got Luca with me. There was zero mental room (or time) for chopping, cooking and assembling something elaborate. So I needed quick, I felt like soup but I also know that soup ain’t a meal that keeps you full for long.

That’s where something like chicken soup with noodles fits. Not perfect. Not elite. Just practical.

And this is exactly why I built the LPF Method the way I did.

When you have structure, you’re not guessing. You’re not standing in the kitchen thinking, “Have I ruined the day?” You’re not spiralling because one meal wasn’t Instagram-worthy.

You understand what a meal is made of.
You understand what it’s missing.
You understand where it fits.

So you can adapt whether you’re at home, travelling, in between clients, or cooking with a toddler attached to your leg.

LPF isn’t about rigid plans you fall off.

It’s a system that works for life and for your body. It gives you options. It gives you awareness. It gives you balance.

Some days are high effort and some days are convenience.
Both can sit inside the same week without drama.

Let’s save the drama for RHOBH (if you know you know), and if Lu want to learn how to balance real life with food freedom well my friend you are in the right place 💃🏾

What a privilege it is to have another birthday 🥰

You never regret any lessons you’ve learned but I do regret spending far more time than I should have worrying about every thing I ate, or didn’t 😓

Food used to consume a lot of my time, a lot of my energy, and every time I went outside of the crazy rules o was trying to follow I’d be back to “I’ll just start again Monday”

“Oh well it’s my birthday week…month…year….”

The same conflicted thoughts would role around every special occasion.

Until I learned a better way. A method that taught me how to easily enjoy the foods I loved in moderation, when I wanted, and turns out when you allow yourself the freedom to enjoy the food you don’t want them the same way you did before …funny that.

If this is you now please don’t go another birthday thinking you have to earn it, miss out on it, or believe you can’t have food freedom too. Because I promise you that you can.

Today I enjoyed my cake, and I could tomorrow if I wanted too, but to be honest I’m craving a matcha and some brocolli nachos 😂

Here’s to another wonderful year of spreading the good word on fuelling well, moving well and being well 💕🙏🏻

We grew up in a time where we were sold the lie of “being smaller = confidence”

In order to do that we were sold pills, 💩 tea, fat burners, strict diets, cellulite creams all in persuit of confidence.

Imagine if you bought a nursing degree without ever doing the training. Would you feel confident taking blood? Of course not. The confidence comes from the hours of learning, practicing, and building capability.

It’s the same with a pilot. Confidence isn’t given with the title. It’s built through the experience.

Your body works the same way.

Learning is the answer. And learning isn’t always linear. Sometimes it includes detours, mistakes, and discovering what doesn’t work for you. But that’s often where the real confidence is built.

I know this because when I got down to 49kg, I thought I’d finally feel the way I wanted to feel. But it came at a cost. I gave up a lot socially. It took a toll emotionally. I was afraid of food. I wasn’t free. I was trying to control my body instead of understanding it.

If you want real confidence with food and your body, you have to learn a different way.

That’s what The LPF Method is here to teach.

And the women inside it will be the first to tell you, it changes everything. 💁🏼‍♀️

Save this for when you need a reminder 😘

Can’t say I surprised about how good we are all feeling over at The LPF Community after completing 28 days of the gut reset.

Less bloating. Clearer skin. More stable energy. Better sleep. Fewer cravings. But what you don’t always see in a photo is what’s happening underneath. When you reduce ultra processed foods, excess sugar and alcohol, and increase fibre, protein and plant diversity, the gut microbiome shifts. Different bacteria are being fed. Inflammation can settle. Hunger and fullness cues become clearer. Energy becomes steadier. That “puffy and wired” feeling so many women think is normal… often isn’t.

Now we have the proof and honestly after the first 7 days it really wasn’t hard.

What’s harder is feeling less than optimal on a daily basis, but we’ve laid the ground work now for a good few months. And next up os the relaunch of THE LPF Method app 💕💪🏼💃🏾🔥

Cannot wait to share it with you.

Everything all in one place.

Habit tracker.
Water tracker.
Period tracker.
LPF Method courses.
Live workouts.
Gym programs.

So much to be excited about. Let’s get 2026 🔥

Every time I mention a gut reset, I can almost feel people brace themselves… or assume it’s a detox.

Let’s leave detox’s in the early 2000’s shall we…they aren’t something that needs to make a comeback (unlike a lot of other 2000’s trends)

The LPF reset, and all LPF programs are never built on fear, always with purpose (that’s the P in the LPF method 😉)

The idea that we need to reset because we’ve failed or overeaten is diet culture dressed up as wellness. And it keeps people stuck in cycles of guilt and extremes.

This reset is for resetting the balance, about supporting a system that’s been busy, stressed, overworked, and doing its best over the holiday season.

After periods of travel, socialising, inconsistent meals, or higher stress, the gut doesn’t need punishment. It needs consistency. It needs foods that are easier to digest, less inflammatory, and more nourishing so it can settle and function properly again.

That’s why the LPF approach is always intentional, always with purpose.
Nothing is removed forever.
Nothing is labelled good or bad.

The goal is to feel clear, grounded, and back in tune with your body so when life gets full again, you’re not swinging between restriction and indulgence.

That’s health that actually lasts.

And to be fair most people feel sooooo good after they continue most of the habits for a little longer.

It’s a win 💁🏼‍♀️

This one is almost finished, next one is locked in for after Easter (another great time to enjoy and then take a break)

💃🏾💕😘

This is one that took me a long time to unlearn….

The food isn’t the problem, it’s what’s driving the choice.

Underfed usually = over fed later, and loss of control doesn’t feel great.

Instead on The LPF Method I like to help you build solid meals so that when you CHOOSE to eat a sometimes food you enjoy it, without worrying that it’s ruining your goals or progress.

This process takes a little time, but like most things helps when you have a good strategy and support by your side (aka me 💁🏼‍♀️).

When I’m working with you 1:1 it’s never just me telling you what to do, it’s giving you a strategy on how YOU can achieve the goal you want in a realistic way, your way, but with guidance. Confidence is built quicker this way and it’s a little faster than constantly trying to guess (or taking 1 step forward and two steps back)

If you find these helpful let me know by showing it some love so I can keep making the content that you need 😘
