Nothing here is forbidden.

But not everything supports you in the same way.
Once you understand that, the choice becomes easy and it becomes yours.

I have clients that drink, that enjoy takeaway, and croissants, and cakes…just not all at once.

The LPF teaches you how to feel good, how to understand your energy and the signals your body is giving you.

In this instance a client was asking about energy drinks, she has her macros covered, and gets is a wide variety of plant foods, fibre etc so this wasn’t a quick fix it was more a question of would this work in my diet as a whole…turns out there was something she enjoyed more and that was coffee 🙏🏻 (yep you can still enjoy your coffee here)

We always look for balance at LPF because that’s the way to consistency 💃🏾

This amazing LPF Mumma actually started inside the LPF Community first before doing the full program, and now? Well she’s at pretty much every session on the mat 💪🏼

Doing the 30 min LIVE workouts she could fit in around work, life, and being a mum. No pressure to be perfect. Just a way to start looking after herself again without it feeling like another thing she had to “do”.

She wasn’t chasing weight loss. She just wanted to feel better in her body and have some structure that worked with her life, not against it.

As her confidence grew, she decided to step into the full LPF Method. Not because she needed more, but because she wanted to understand her body better. To learn how to eat flexibly, train with intention, and stop overthinking food altogether.

And from there, things just kept building.

Training became a form of grounding, a practice for mental health. Food became calm and nothing ever off limits. Progress happened quietly in the background while she focused on living her life, working, being present, and feeling strong.

This photo isn’t about trying to lose weight. It’s the by-product of a way of living she genuinely enjoys. One that supports her energy, her body, and her life as a busy working mum.

And that’s always been the goal.

If you’ve noticed food guilt creeping in over the holidays, it makes sense. Most of us were taught that feeling bad is what keeps us in line. That guilt equals accountability. But guilt doesn’t actually lead to better habits, it leads to stress. And when the body is stressed, food choices get harder, not easier. That’s why the cycle keeps repeating. Not because you lack discipline, but because you’ve been conditioned to do it a way that doesn’t work for so long.

You’re allowed to enjoy food and still care about your health. Those two things can exist at the same time. A more helpful question than “how do I make up for this?” is “what would support me right now?” Sometimes that’s nourishment, sometimes movement, sometimes rest, and sometimes it’s just choosing not to turn one meal into a story about your worth.

This is why I coach the way I do inside LPF. No guilt. No punishment. Just learning how to respond to your body instead of reacting to it.

This is also why so many in the community get results and keep them, then holiday eating isn’t anything to worry about or feel guilty for 👏🏻

This is what happens when the formula comes together 👏🏻

I’m endlessly proud of all of the women inside the LPF Community.

Every single one has her own story with health and fitness, and that matters when you’re building a formula that’s meant to work long term, not just for a moment.

A lot of women are already moving well and eating well… they just aren’t sure how to get the results they want without going back to the methods they’ve already tried (and that never really worked for them).

These two incredible women I’ve been working with recently already had strong training routines. What they wanted was knowledge around nutrition, how to actually support their body and their training for results both in and out of the session.

And they did exactly that. They proved that with the right information and the right strategy, it’s your choices about what you do with both that determines your outcomes.

When I discovered how good food freedom really feels, there was no way I was going to stop learning or keep it to myself.

It’s a privilege working with women like this who lean into the method and truly build foundations that will support them for years to come.

I promise you if you are reading this, there is a way for you to FEEl good, to have good freedom and create a life that’s free from restriction around food or have you “health programs” dictate all the events in your life. It doesn’t have to be that way. These women and others like them are the PROOF it can be done.

So so proud of you 🥰 and as always thank you for allowing me to share and inspire other women on their health journey and finding the right method for them.

Let’s be honest getting older is a real privilege.

But when it comes to what we’ve been taught it’s like it should all be downhill from 30. That’s not true, not only does the data support that, I have clients and myself included that feel better now than in thier 20’s

Because they learned to support and work with thier body not fight against it.

Time commitments and responsibilities change with age, so do our hormones I won’t say they don’t BUT there are strategies you can learn that support you.

You deserve to know how good your body is designed to feel regardless of age 💕

Knowing you can influence your health and support yourself with simple foundations is good news! Rather than thinking it’s beyond your control.

Most women think they need to be “harder on themselves” to finally get results…but it hasn’t worked yet has it? 🧐

One of the biggest fat loss mistakes you can make is relying on self judgement as motivation.

I see this all the time, and I used to do it too.

Pinch my belly fat in the mirror and tell myself I should do more sit ups (spoiler that doesn’t work either)

I know when I get a client message me and say, “I stuffed up again. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.”

But the answer is there is nothing wrong with YOU.

When we unpack it, I often find the same pattern:

Eating well all week, training hard, doing the right things…
But the second you feel tired, overwhelmed, or stressed, that inner voice flips.

“You’re hopeless.”
“You can’t stick to anything.”
“See? This is why nothing changes.”

And what happens next?

Your brain moves into threat mode.
Cortisol rises.
Decision-making shuts down.
And suddenly the goal doesn’t matter… all you want is relief.
Food, scrolling, checking out, anything to escape that internal pressure.

This is why self judgement never creates long term fat loss.

It creates the perfect environment for sabotage.

Real change happens when you shift from attacking yourself to understanding yourself.

If you’ve been stuck… it’s not because you don’t know what to do.

It’s because the way you speak to yourself is making the journey harder than it needs to be, and maybe the skills or support isn’t there to help change.

I get that on so many levels which is why I work with every client on The LPF method personally. If we could all follow a PDF or a meal plan well most of us would have done it already.

It’s often deeper than that. Which is why The LPF method goes beyond teaching you macros and calories and I give you support, tools, and a way of thinking about it all a whole lot differently 🥰

Compassion over judgement always.

Two year LPF anniversary and still going STRONG 💪🏼

Meet Alyce () who decided two years ago she wanted to make a change and learn how to eat for life, and well mission accomplished 👏🏻

A constant at making it to the mat for the LPF 30 minute LIVE sessions each morning, these results where achieved without stepping into the gym - but training at home and reformer Pilates, paired with flexible nutrition.

Learning to fuel the body, not deprive it.

Learning to love your body, and its strength (both mental and physical. Which we both know the ment strength required for our “active” recovery banded tap backs 🤣)

I just crave something sweet every afternoon… I don’t even know why I eat really well!”

That’s what my client April said to me when she first signed up to The LPF Method. And she did eat well, but a few things were out of balance.

She wasn’t overeating.
She wasn’t “failing.”
She wasn’t addicted to sugar.
She was just… undereating protein at lunch and skipping her mid-morning snack because she was busy.

Once we adjusted her plate to include more protein, some complex carbs, and the craving disappeared. Then instead of avoiding choc all together she actively chose to eat it when she wanted it, not because she craved it 💃🏾 (restriction never works in your favour when you’ve lived in diet culture for so long)

Cravings can be emotional, in this case it wasn’t. It was information.

If you feel cravings get you good, we’ll save this post for later, read it when the next one pops up and see how different your choices end up becoming with a little pause and a lot of understanding.

First and foremost,an exceptional human, a powerhouse businesswoman (next-level integrative facialist at .aus ), and a beautiful mum.

Life for you is full 🥰 business, kids, family, fun… and even an overseas holiday during your 90-day transformation.

Most people worry about starting a program when they have travel or events coming up. But once you learn The LPF Method, you realise it’s not a “program”… it’s a way of eating and living that travels with you.

Your life changes constantly, new jobs, new friends, the addition of new family members.

You need strong health and fitness foundations for results to stick around through the changes.

This isn’t found in detox’s, restrictive diets, or in a process that requires you to put your life on hold.

What they won’t tell you, is building new foundations means getting rid of old ones and well cleaning up and clearing out isn’t always that much fun, BUT once you’ve done it…well it feels GOOD. REALLY GOOD.

The LPF community is coming home strong on 2025 with so many women closing out the year feeling the best they have in years. Since they haven’t been restricting, calorie counting they are looking forward to the social season with confidence knowing they won’t be starting 2026 with the same old “new year, new me” situation that got them to the same place every year.

“I’m eating as little as possible—why am I not losing weight?!”

That thought ran through her mind every night as she went to bed with a grumbling stomach. Starving. Frustrated. Stuck. She truly believed that eating less was the only way to get the body she wanted. Skipping breakfast, nibbling on plain salads for dinner—she tried it all, convinced that more restriction meant more results. But each morning, the scale barely moved. Her energy was rock-bottom, her workouts suffered, and her confidence was fading. It felt like she was fighting a losing battle with her own body, and she was exhausted from the struggle.

Then one day, tired of feeling defeated, she decided to try the unthinkable: fueling her body instead of depriving it. She swapped out tiny portions for balanced, nourishing meals and started eating more of the right foods. At first, it was scary—years of diet myths had taught her to fear calories. But she stayed the course, focusing on protein, veggies, and healthy carbs to energize her body. And something incredible happened…

Her mind and body woke up. Suddenly, she had the energy to crush her workouts. She felt stronger, lifted heavier, and even her mood improved. Week by week, she watched her body transform. Muscle tone she’d never seen before started to appear. That stubborn weight she couldn’t lose? It finally began making sense. By eating more, she was finally seeing real progress. These woman who once felt trapped by hunger and frustration was now fueling themselves to greatness, and loving every minute of it.
