As an integrative therapist I take the view that there is no single approach or modality that can best fit individual client needs, or personal circumstances. Rather, each person needs to be considered as a whole that takes into account the dynamic interplay between the mind, body, and environment, social interactions, culture and the spiritual aspects of each person.
