BPPV

BPPV or Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo is a common and usually treatable cause of dizziness. ⁠

BPPV can feel like the room is spinning especially when you roll over in bed, look up, or tilt your head. ⁠
⁠
We have physiotherapists who have a special interest in treating dizziness through utilising gentle, specific head and body movements, called repositioning manoeuvres. ⁠
⁠
We will often send you home with simple self-treatment exercises, so you can continue your progress between appointments. These exercises can help speed recovery and reduce the chances of BPPV returning.⁠

We are SO blessed to have this divine soul in our team - not only from her energy and what she brings to the Alchemy family, but her experience and knowledge is second to none.

Nadja is a traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor and Acupuncturist and she specialises in a Japanese style of acupuncture which provides patient a beautiful, softer and nurturing adjunct to treatment.

We have worked with Nadja for years (referring our clients onto her for pregnancy and postnatal support as well as pre and post menopausal support) however to now be able to offer our gorgeous clients her services and expertise IN the clinic we couldn’t be more thrilled!

If you’ve never tried acupuncture / TCM or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. She is the most beautiful soul and we know you are going to absolutely adore her!

As we reflect on this festive season, our hearts are truly full.

Operation Santa Claus was never just about gifts — it was about people.
It was about kindness, community, and showing up for those doing it tough when it matters most.

We are incredibly proud of every individual and every business who stood beside us.
Those who donated, shared posts, packed hampers, wrapped toys, gave their time, resources, and hearts.
Your generosity turned hope into something tangible for families who needed it most.

Because of you, children will wake up to Christmas joy. Families felt seen, supported, and reminded that they are not alone.
The impact you have made for those less fortunate this festive season is something we will carry with us forever.

To say we are humbled would be an understatement.
In our very first year running as a charity, the support we received exceeded anything we could have imagined. What began as a vision became a powerful reminder of what happens when a community comes together with compassion at its core.

As we close out this year, we want to wish our entire community a very Merry Christmas and a safe, peaceful holiday season.

This year we’re supporting It'll Take A Tribe in their Christmas Drive. We are accepting donations on behalf of this amazing local charity that supports gorgeous families and kids in need on rhe Sunshine Coast.

If you would like to donate, we would be so appreciate of your support - simply drop your donation off to the clinic (35 Mary St Noosaville) anytime between now and next Friday 12th December and we will hand deliver to It’ll Take a Tribe HQ next Friday.

They are accepting new toys, gift cards, experiences and food and grocery items for babies, kids, teens, mums and dads and adults. Please make sure you keep your donation unwrapped however so that the amazing team at It’ll Take a Tribe can distribute the gifts and donations in a meaningful way.

To all of those who have loved and lost too soon, our hearts go out to you today (and everyday).

Tragically, Stillbirth Awareness Day is now very close to our hearts with two of our Alchemy family members losing their precious babies this year.

To our Alchemy angels - Flossy and Pippa, our darling girls, you will forever be in our hearts, our minds, wishes, hopes and dreams.

You may have been tiny but the impact you’ve had on our lives, our spirit and our every being in the most heartbreakingly beautiful way is immeasurable.

You gifted us more than you could ever imagine and we will forever treasure the blissful moments we had to hold and kiss you, tell you how much you are and will forever be loved and what a difference you have and will continue to make.

We are so proud to call you ours.

For all the families who have watched their little angels grow their wings too soon, we see you, we are you and we will forever be there for you as we navigate this beautiful life tragically joined in heartbreak.

To all of the gorgeous families getting through the chaotic and stressful daily grind that is parenting… We also see you! But do us and all of those families who have had to say goodbye too soon a favour today and hug those beautiful babies and kiddos of yours a little tighter.

Take a moment today to stop and soak it all in, the giggles, the hot sweaty cuddles, the tears and tantrums, the snotty noses, the sleepless nights and everything in between… As in amongst the chaos you may not realise what a privilege it is to witness your babies growing up in front of your eyes.

They are the most precious things on earth - treasure and embrace it.
