Shining Light on a ‘Bleak Picture’: Why Artists’ Mental Health Matters is a new article revealing the stark realities creative professionals face. Our recent literature review shows that artists experience anxiety, depression, and substance misuse at roughly twice the rate of other sectors—a challenge only worsened by financial instability, unpredictable work, and the emotional intensity of creating.

The Attuned Collective is a multidisciplinary, artist-centred network of therapists, social workers, creative arts therapists, coaches, and allied health professionals, committed to providing the tailored support that artists need.
