How do you know if what you're doing is actually working?

Most people don't.

They train, rehab or manage things based on feel, but never measure it.

We use tools like VALD and DynaMo to test your strength, movement and load capacity so you've got a clear baseline.

Then we build your program around it, and retest along the way, so your progress is something you can actually see.

Where would we be without mums?

Mums, step-mums, grandmothers, and all the mother figures - today's about you.

We see it every day, whether it's in clinic, out in the community or within our own team - the way you show up, juggle it all and still keep moving.

Here's to the mums we work with and alongside every day. 🧡

We’re checking back in with Lu as she hits the halfway point of her Camino program.

The last few weeks haven’t been perfect - a hospital stay, missed sessions, and a few adjustments along the way.

But that’s part of it.

Working with Strength & Rehab Coach Izzy and Physio Pip, the focus has been on adapting where needed, rebuilding momentum, and keeping things moving forward.

Still building. Still progressing. Still on track.

If you’ve been working as a physio for a while, you’ve probably felt this at some point.

You know what your patients need… but you don’t always have the setup around you to actually deliver it.

That’s the gap we’ve built things around - integrated care, real progression, and space to keep growing in your role.

If you’re looking for your next step, let’s chat.

You can almost set your watch to this time of year.

A few rounds into the season and we start seeing the same things come through the door - hamstring tightness, calf strains, tendon pain that wasn't there a few weeks ago.

Most of the time it comes back to what we call a load spike - going from lower or inconsistent training into higher intensity games and sessions without the body being full prepared for it.

Even if you feel "fit", your tissues still need to be ready for things like explosive efforts, change in direction and higher weekly loads. When that gap's too big - something has to give.

If something has started to ni**le since the season kicked off, it's worth getting a plan around it early. Not just to settle it, but to build your capacity so it doesn't keep coming back.

Loved having the Priceline team in with us last week.

We spent the evening talking through menopause and perimenopause, and how it can impact the body.

It’s something we’re seeing more and more in clinic, and great to be able to share that knowledge more broadly.

Appreciate the opportunity to share and collaborate! 🧡

What does an osteo do?

Our team of osteos help people get on top of pain that’s affecting their day-to-day life.

Things like recurring headaches, stiff necks, and lower back or hip pain - among plenty of others.

We use a mix of hands-on techniques like massage and joint work, along with specific exercises, to ease muscle tightness, improve movement, and build strength where it’s needed.

It’s not just about the sore spot either - we look at how your whole body is moving and what might be contributing to it.

Across the team, there’s a range of different interests and experience, so whether it’s something like golf-related pain or ongoing migraines, there’s someone here who can help.

If something’s been lingering or getting in the way of life, book an osteo appointment at https://bit.ly/3R8pyOx or call us on 02 6021 2777.

If something keeps coming back, there’s usually a reason.

Not just where you feel it - but what’s driving it.

We see it all the time:
It settles, you get back into things… and a few weeks later it’s back again.
That’s usually a sign the underlying issue hasn’t been fully addressed - or your body doesn’t yet have the capacity to handle the load.

That’s where we come in.

We start with physio or osteo to understand what’s actually going on - how you’re moving, what’s being overloaded, and where things are breaking down.

From there, we build the plan.

That might mean working with our EPs to rebuild strength and capacity, or progressing into more structured strength and rehab work with our coaching team.

So instead of just managing flare-ups, you’re actually addressing what’s underneath it.

Book in and we’ll guide you through the right next step.

After 12 months of relying on pain medication…
she had her first few days without needing it.

Not because it suddenly disappeared -
but because she started building strength properly.

“She thought it was just age… now she’s moving better than she was a few years ago.”

That moment of:
“Oh wait a minute… I’m in no pain.”

17/04/2026

A bit of a curveball in Lu’s journey.

She was admitted to hospital recently with a severe infection in her arm, and spent a few days recovering. 🤕

Not part of the plan, but it’s certainly part of the reality.

Now she’s back in the O-gym and easy back into things with the team - with some adjustments.

Progress isn’t always linear, sometimes it’s just about getting back up and moving forward again.

We’re proud to be back - as title partners of the 2026 Riverina Trail Running Series.

Through winter, when it’s cold, dark, and a bit harder to stay motivated… this series gives people a reason to show up.

5 races, local trails and a strong (and growing) community behind it.

From 4km through to 21km - whether you’re just getting started or chasing something a bit bigger, there’s something for everyone.

It’s about staying moving, staying connected, and having something to train towards through winter.

That’s something we’re proud to be part of.

Registrations now open. https://bit.ly/4dkXDUX

We’ll be there across the series - supporting runners on and off the trails.
