It’s the month so many of our team first walked through the doors - and this year, we’re celebrating SIX anniversaries.

As we wrap up the year, this is what we see and hear every day at O-health.

Laughter coming from the gym.
Conversations about movement, strength and progress.
Exercise Physiologists making exercise feel fun — and sneaking in a few extra reps along the way.

We see fear and pain on the way in.

Last week, Lachy and Mon spent time with the Lavington Panthers Football-Netball netballers breaking it all down:

- why female athletes see higher ACL injury rates
- what the ACL actually does (and why it matters)
- key factors that increase injury risk in netball
- how strength + movement testing can help protect knees
- why growing athletes need strong hamstrings, quads, groins + good landing mechanics

The girls also completed baseline testing to set themselves up for a stronger, safer start to 2026.
