Orthosomina - The restless chase for the perfect sleep which cause anxiety and then causes sleep issues. We all know sleep is important and it good to take steps toward better sleep. Ditch the rings and watches that track your sleep as they often cause more anxiety than actually helping in anyway.
Rather ask yourself do you feel rested and do you have energy. If no then address this at the source.
Tips
Go to bed before 10.30pm
Darken the room and leave phone away from your bed
Stop using iPad and phones 30 mins before sleep
Have relaxation time before bed - meditation, breathwork, read a book
If additional sleep support is needed that where I am come in supporting you to get back to better sleep without the stress.

This one for the homeopath and homeopath to be I have finally finished putting together the proving for Tektite. Tektite is made when a meteorite collides with earth.
These tektites are estimated to be around 700,000 to 800,000 years old.
Tektites are high in silica (around 68%), along with alumina, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and titanium. They contain very little water due to the extreme heat involved in their formation during a meteoric collision with Earth.
The name “tektite” comes from the Greek word tektos, meaning “molten.”
